Saffron has been used to colour and add flavour to various foods, from ancient time up to now.

Due to its gastronomical properties, saffron earned the recognition to many food lovers all over the world.

We can use it in different meals, cookies and especially in fish and chicken dishes, giving them a unique taste.

It is even used in baking and in making some drinks (some gins or vodkas include saffron in their ingredients).
